【Fujitsu,PFU】 FACOM /PFU Super A (Ace)

This was the generic name for products in the higher end group of the "A (Ace) Series" of 32-bit super minicomputers from Fujitsu and Panafacom (currently PFU). This group started with 4 models announced in April 1987 -- the A-300, A-400, A-500 and A-600 -- and also included the top-end A-700 machine, and the A-300II and A-400II with enhanced performance.

The Super A models were released under two brands: FACOM (the Fujitsu brand), and PFU (the Panafacom brand). The FACOM brand was changed to FUJITSU after April 1990.
