This was an A4 size notebook word processor equipped with a large liquid crystal display. It was thin (39.5mm) and lightweight (1.6kg), and could be operated continuously for 6 hours using five "AA" batteries. In addition to word processing, it was also possible to switch with a single touch between four other functions: an appointment function for schedule management, an address book function for address management, an amusement function for enjoying games, and a memo function for quickly jotting down ideas. This was a word processor based on a new concept, which could be used anywhere and anytime, and easily carried in a bag or backpack.
