The Nishimura Computers Collection at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology is the educational material accumulated personally by a pioneer, Hirohiko Nishimura, who served as a professor in the Department of Computer, Information and Communication Sciences from 1978 to 1998.

Its main body consists of computer related products circa the 1960's, when computers were still quite large. So, most of the collected items are hardware parts which can be carried by both hands, as well as operational guidebooks and reference manuals. Many mechanical calculators, including a huge number of Tiger Calculators for use by the students, are also stored. Minicomputers and personal computers have also been collected from later years.

The collection is displayed and warehoused in the meeting, experiment, and seminar rooms of the department, and may be visited on demand.

About 3,000 hardware parts which may be handled with single hand, 200 hand-driven calculators, hundreds of electrical calculators and personal computers of roughly 10kg, 30 relay computers heavier than 100Kg, 1,500 books and manuals, and 2,000 descriptions are catalogued.
